House info: -Three bedrooms with plenty of closet space -Master bedroom features a walk-in closet and en-suite full bathroom. -Two bathrooms, including dual vanity in the master and a dual shower head in the main bathroom -Large open living/dining area -Kitchen with new appliances and updated cabinetry -Large laundry room with room for storage -Large add-on room with included projector and screen -Fenced in backyard area with basketball court, gardening space, and a large lemon tree in the front -Gated, covered parking area, enough for 2 vehicles with additional off street parking -Close to lots of restaurants and bars, and is near several grocery stores and downtown Sacramento. Lease info: Rent is $2550, landlord also charges $100 for water, sewage, trash, etc. All pets are welcome with additional $50. Lease terms are through 08/31/2023. Renters insurance is required. Love this house, but need to be closer to work. Looking for someone to take over the lease as soon as possible. First month rent and security deposit (same price as rent) due at signing.
