I will be relocating, and I am looking for someone to take over my lease starting May 8th (flexible). It will be a 9-month lease ending Feb. 8. The junior bedroom is located at Avalon Apartments located in Alexandria, VA-- right outside of Crystal City. It is a great location. Walking distance from Giant and a shopping center (Target, Chipotle, Staples, Shoppers). Also walking distance to a park that includes tennis courts, volleyball, and basketball courts.
