I will not be able to show this property until the tenants are moving out. I wouldn't want people showing my house while I was living there so I will show the same respect to my tenants. As soon as they are moving out March 1st-3rd, I will schedule a time for people to tour it. I would like to have it rented by the 5th with a deposit down. Tenant must sign a 1 year lease. Tenant pays water/trash, gas, and electric.
