The lot can easily accommodate up to a 45-foot rig, a golf cart, and a vehicle, and golf carts can also be rented onsite. Boats and boat trailers are not permitted to be kept on the site itself; however, separate storage/parking may be available elsewhere in the community for an additional fee, subject to availability. A maximum of 2 pets is allowed, and there is a $200 refundable pet deposit to help ensure the property is kept clean and that pets are properly cleaned up after. The lot offers canal access, but the seawall is approximately 17 feet, so a boat around 14 feet or smaller will fit. A John Boat or jet boat is perfect.
