I am looking to re-rent my apartment. The company does not sublease, so you will be signing a 12 month lease when you take over. Building is only a couple of years old and has a gated parking lot, and secured entry. Very close to VCU's campus, about 5 minutes from downtown and 5 minutes from the fan! Bathroom is located inside of bedroom and has a very large closet in the bedroom and in the living room. Lots of cabinet space and pantry space. There's a gated area inside the parking lot where you can take your dog (or cat if you want) to play around in. Rent includes cable and internet! I'm trying to move to cut back on costs since I am applying to grad school in December when I graduate from school.
