Garage parking for one car plus one additional outside parking space. We are currently putting on the finishing touches. Apartment should be available May 15th. The inside is complete, however the outside in need of painting. We have discounted the price to reflect the outside painting issue and it should be complete in the next few months. Contractors are just so busy right now. We know the outside is badly in need of painting. The landscape people will be there in the next week or so to clean up around the main house and this garage apartment. Small dogs, cats ok. No smoking. One garage space, one outside parking space.
