(Our cleaner would only need access twice a month for the laundry- the schedule is fixed and you'd get a heads up if there are any changes; also, 90% of your space would remain private as there is a door there). -High ceilings -Large walk-in closet -Central air and heat. -High Speed Internet Included. -You pay only one-third of the other utilities -Your own parking spot close to your entrance -Raised bed for planting your own herbs and flowers outside your entrance -Semi-furnished (not the bed but there's a table and chairs, etc.) -The main level and the upper level of the house are occupied by us- we're a couple in our early 40s who enjoy good food, playing tennis, attending Stoop Stories, and watching live stand up comedy. -Though this is open to a couple, this is most ideal for 1 person. Also, though not req'd, preference given to someone who can lease for 1 year. Also, pets are welcome! We can even help out from time to time with walking or feeding your dog or cat. -Available from 4/19, 5/1 or a date in between - Lease period can be month to month though preference given to those who want to move in longer than 3 months. Just let me know if you would like to see the home. Generally, it's available for showings in the mornings before 10am though possibly til 1pm, or in the evenings or nearly anytime on weekends.
