Thank you RESIDENTIAL LEASE AGREEMENT (LOS ANGELES, CA) This Residential Lease Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Landlord and Tenant(s) for the property located in Los Angeles, California ("Premises"). 1. Lease Term This Agreement is for a fixed term of twenty-four (24) months, beginning on the start date agreed upon by both parties and ending twenty-four (24) months thereafter. Early termination is only allowed as permitted under California law or written mutual agreement. 2. Monthly Rent Tenant agrees to pay $3,600.00 per month, due on the 1st day of each month.
