There are stairs up to a loft that is big enough for a queen sized mattress, however the ceiling is short (an adult cannot stand up in the loft). There are two window units in the cabin (living room and bedroom) that cool the cabin in the summer very well. Space heaters can be used in the winter. The cabin is furnished, but the furniture can be removed. There are connections for a washer/dryer in the bedroom. Owner will pay to maintain septic system. 16 acres are used for hay and bailed twice per year. Non-smoking only.
