The house is a beautiful 1890's updated 4 bed 2 bath home. It's got a lot of older charm - a stained glass window, fun cabinets, and a parlor room - but with modern conveniences (stainless steel appliances, newer wood floors and double and triple paned windows). It's on the hill in John's Landing with a view of trees and on a clear day from the upper bedrooms, Mt. Hood. There's a bus stop half a block away from the house, and restaurants, a Fred Meyers and a Safeway just down the street. There's a park a few minutes walk away and it's 10 minutes away from downtown Portland or to get across the river. I'm the owner and will be living in the basement mother in law suite. I'll be around 1-2 nights a week.
