Tenants have really enjoyed living here, so we expect you would too. With both an expansive deck and spacious front porch, the outdoor living options abound. There are handy laundry hookups available, but you will need your own washer and dryer. Don't worry there is high speed internet is available with city water, electricity and propane for the cooking and gas-burning wood stove. There is also an air-conditioning and heating unit to supplement the heat if needed and every room has ceiling fans to help keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter. There is a carport too that helps keep the leaves and stuff off of your vehicle. The Owner takes care of the mowing for added convenience.
