There is a shared driveway that leads to a very large and fenced in backyard with a concrete area that can be used for parking or as a patio. The new tenant and homeowner who lives in the adjacent home will have to create a courteous protocol for use of the shared driveway. This home has central air conditioning and a gas furnace, both have been updated and kept in working order. Tenants are responsible for lawn care and snow removal as well respectfully dwelling in this owner's property. The landlord will pay the sewer bill and for trash services as well as maintain all appliances and necessary home repairs from normal use.
