It has a shared yard in the back with a grill, 24 hour gym, club room with tv and games, shuttle service to Epic campus. Location is just perfect - short walk to the capitol square, right next to the bike path and Monona bay, boat rentals, two BCycle stations and several buses. Outdoor in indoor parking for a fee, street parking nearby. Close to Porter coffee shop, which is delicious. We were sad to leave and would love to see someone move in and have a great apartment. Ready to move in now.
