No motorcycle, trailers or commercial vehicles are allowed on property. Rent will be paid on the 1st of the month. Lease duration is on a month to month basis. Must info owner 30 days in advance if not leasing the following month. The Renter is responsible for any damages to the property. Security deposit will be held if there are damages to property upon leaving. Renter is responsible for any bounced check fees.
