For your convenience, there is an in-unit washer and dryer that is completely free to use. You will be sharing the house with two other residents who mostly keep to themselves. Both the other Tenant and I are young men and have differing schedules. Generally friendly and active. I will generally be in a shared space or out and about for one reason or another, and the other Tenant stays in their room for the most part.
