M.J. Gothenburg Housing currently has a totally remodeled, all electric, 2 bedroom, 1 bath, upstairs unit available for rent in down town Broken Bow. The unit has all new flooring, new paint, new fridge and stove, new kitchen, new bathroom, new hot heater heater, along with new heating and ac units. The unit does have washer/dryer hook-ups as well. Would really rather have no pets in the units but a small dog would be considered with a non refundable pet deposit and higher rent per month. We typically do month to month rental agreements as well. Rent with no pet is $500 a month and security deposit same as rent.
