I ended up installing a door to the study making it an extra room for a baby which is great since it was adjacent to my room, but the door can be easily removed. All three rooms have huge walk in closets, washer and dryer/laundry room. Pets allowed. Large balcony with storage. 2nd floor of 3. Apartment is 1260sqft. The lease ends Feb. 20, 2016. Didn't get a chance to add all photos of the apartment. To move in it would cost $50/applicant. If approved with not so good credit, then you may have to pay one months rent deposit but it will depend on credit.
