Still working on getting this ready. Recently did $2,750 more in improvements. $1,400 new rear entrance door, $850 for gutters on the shop, and $500 on caulking around home and garage footings and concrete slabs and sidewalks.
Property consists of 61 acres that is fenced. North side and part of the east side is barbed wire. The west and south side are four wire smooth. All but about 2½ acres is in pasture. Corrals are approximately 430 lineal feet made up of 18-16', 1-14', 1-12', 1-10', 1-8', and 1-22' Hi Qual steel panels. 2-12', 2-6' Hi Qual feed thru panels. 2-12' steel gates and 2-12' feed panels. Miraco Model 3330E Livestock Waterer.
Huge graveled driveway. Large lawn with underground sprinkler system.
Electrical Service to home, garage and shop. Water lines to home, garage, shop, livestock waterer and sprinkler system. Heating to home is propane. There is telephone line to home and shop (not presently being used). All dimensions and sizes are approximate.
There is several hundred dollars of personal property and supplies included.
