• No illegal activities on the property. No going in other member's room - This is avoid possible conflicts later. Overnight guest are only allow up to 5 nights a month. No disruptive or unsafe behaviors. Quiet hours 9 PM - 8 AM When sharing a common bathroom please take of your belongings with you when and clean behind yourself for the next person. If the trash is full empty it, you spill something mop it up, you drop something pick it up. Keep your personal kitchen items in your designated cabinet area. Nothing is to be placed on top of refrigerators, microwaves, etc. Clean the kitchen after you use it to include the sink, stove, countertops and floors if needed. Rooms will be inspected monthly. Use the laundry room on your laundry day. No Smoking in the house. Use slippers in the house to keep outside dirt out. All members are expected to help clean the house weekly to keep sanitized and clean by following room assigned choir schedule. Rent is paid in advance and will not be refunded for early move outs. NO credit check required but background check will be considered but wont necessarily disqualify you.
