The lodge is heated and cooled by geothermal heat pumps. The caretaker's home is heated by a wood stove and backup baseboard heat.The Mainland access lot is on the near eastern shoreline and includes 180 feet of lake frontage with docks and a boat well. The depth of the lot allows for up to twelve double garages if development were to occur. This beautiful island is ideal for a family seeking a private getaway but would also be perfect for a corporate retreat with the adjacent airport nearby.
