Student housing (second room occupied) looking for someone to take over my lease that ends in the summer next year. Separate bathrooms, and bedrooms. Common area and kitchen are plenty spacious with a balcony. Would be taking rent at lower rate than what they're currently offering too! Utilities are split between the 2 tenants, and the lease I'm trying to sublease out is only until the summer then you can either renew or leave. Usual leases are 12 month commitments, so this is a steal! Parking spot is closest to building too( my current spot)
