SKI LEASE "Cedar Palace" This property is available for a WINTER SKI LEASE for a minimum of 4 months starting as early mid-October 2026 and ending no later than April 30, 2027. RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: *$4,800/month plus utilities *Entire balance for the ski lease will be due upfront. *Natural Gas and Electricity accounts to be transferred into Tenant's name for the entire lease term and paid directly to the service provider by Tenant. *$520 a month total for the fixed utilities.
