The walls are fire walls, meaning that there are four layers of brick between the units, which makes for great soundproofing. Huge windows with great breezes and lots of light. Quiet neighborhood (with other apartments across the street) that is located one block east of the YMCA and the METS station. There is also a communal fenced-in back yard for children to play or for grilling/barbecuing. Appliances are included but won't maintained by our office. We have coin-operated washer and dryer in communal laundry room in the basement, provided. We pay for water, but not CenterPoint Energy. For the safety and comfort of others, this is a no pets unit.
