Excellent home for either young family or retired couple. Close to downtown Savannah and many shopping areas. Very private back yard. Still putting finishing touches on upgrades and will need a new roof, this can be taken into account with allowances. Neighborhood Description The neighborhood is a mixture of young families and retired people. Some of the units are rental units but I have owned the property for 15 years and never had a problem. I believe it would be difficult to get all the amenities this house and property offer for anywhere near the asking price. In the newer communities, you would never get comparable space and privacy for the price.
