It has 2 bed rooms with big closets along with large living Room and a private patio with storage room as well. Asking rent is $750 with deposit of $750 to $1100 depending on credit and background check. Pets are allowed, but nothing vicious such as Pit Bull, and there is slightly higher monthly charge for them. Currently, unit is being painted and getting ready. Once, completed, l will post some pictures on Zillow of it. In meanwhile, you are welcome to stop by while Handyman is working on it. He will be there till 4:30 pm today, 01/17 /21, as l will not hold open house like l was initially planning due to Pandemic and recommendations to maintain social distance.
