Neighborhood is nice and quit. Nice back yard with a shed. Full basement - pictures of basement upon request. You will be in charge of paying each month $325 for rent and average around $100. This is for the other room in the house that I live in. Other person will pay the other half of the bills. You will be in charge of paying $325 for rent and average around $100 a month for utilities. Landlord did say no more dogs but I'm sure it won't take much to convince her since I have one myself.
