This stunning studio features air conditioning and a private balcony. The kitchenette includes a convection microwave oven (please note there is no stovetop), a fridge with freezer, and a Keurig coffee maker with coffee provided. The living/studio area offers a queen bed, a full-size pull-out sofa bed (best suitable for 2 kids or 1 adult), a table with 2 chairs, a Smart Roku TV, and clean linens. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo (the water heater has plenty of hot water for showers, but can't fill the tub all the way with hot water), a hairdryer, and clean towels are provided for all guests. A starter supply of essentials (shampoo, body soap, hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper), coffee, sugar, and creamer are provided to help you settle in. These items are intended to get you through the first few days of your stay. If you anticipate needing more, please plan to bring additional supplies. Dedicated on-site parking is available. Located across the street from North Beach and a 5-minute drive to iconic Hampton Beach, Hampton Tides is also a short 9-minute walk from KB's Bagels, where you can get legendary bagels, acai bowls, and coffee! Please be mindful of the neighbors during your stay and observe quiet hours between 9:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. Smoking, vaping, or illegal drugs are not allowed inside the studio or on the balcony. There is absolutely no smoking on the premises. Pets are not allowed. You may not exceed the number of people specified at the time of booking.
