The space This 400SF bungalow boasts a large 100SF exterior deck with cozy outdoor lounge seating so you can melt into a good book or enjoy a cup of coffee or tea before you head out to explore the nearby coastline for the day. The interior offers beautifully appointed amenities: a comfy sectional with chaise and a Smart TV, ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom, a fully stocked kitchen with new appliances and sit-down butcher block island, and a recently remodeled bathroom with new fixtures throughout. Guest access Your gated entrance is secured with a smart lock, and is located just a few steps from your private garage, which has a private entrance into the interior of your yard. Less than a half mile down the hill and you're in the heart of the village of Encinitas and our best local beaches. There is ample public parking along the village coastal corridor, but we encourage you to stroll the village's one mile span between Encinitas Boulevard and Swami's Beach. The village offers memorable dining spots from coffee houses, local breweries with live music to fine-dining of varying cuisines, boutique shopping, the historic La Paloma Theater and gorgeous beaches where you can relax or play or both. Be sure to take time to explore nearby coastal towns that are north and south of Encinitas. To get to Leucadia or Cardiff-by-the-Sea, rent a bike or hop on a local bus. To visit Solana Beach and Carlsbad, jump on a NCTD Coaster train, which stops at the bottom of the hill from your bungalow just before you enter the village. Other things to note To enter the bungalow, use the 15-step well-lit staircase just inside the gated entrance. You have full access to the living area and grounds north of the arbor. Our home is located on the south side of the arbor, offering you the privacy that you seek from a private living area.
