Hello! I have a beautiful townhome in south Seattle next to the Othello light trail. With access to great restaurants in Columbia City and 15min to DT Seattle or the airport. Great property for a young couple or friends to indulge in the various activities in Seattle! The renter is responsible for water, electricity, sewer, and trash bill. If you are moving in with a pet there will be a $500 non-refundable deposit. There is a spot for one car in the back. Rent is due on the 1st and a late fee of $50 will be charged on the 5th. Move-in requires 1st month's rent and a deposit (willing to work with you on the deposit)
