Still Available....Cute cottage....this is a appx 900 sq. ft. cottage that is next to my home....unincorporated area 1 mile from Kaiser Vacaville....critters are ok but due to Ins. only certain breeds are allowed...there is a non refundable pet deposit....my main concern is someone who is quiet and wants a long term rental...this home has a private front and back yard...it is alot bigger than looking from the street...We can arrange a tour before a credit application and report are filled out but they both must be filled out before consideration to move in.....Thank you for your interest.... This is a month to month rental....I do want tenants who want to stay years...but I am not a big corporation and month to month is better for me....
