The first three months are $300 off (1800 for first three months), short term lease available. The room is 200 square feet, and has its own private entrance. The studio space is huge with very high ceilings. Located in trending Highland Park, close to restaurants, shopping, entertainment and parks it is only minutes away from the 134 and 110. If you are a photographer and lost your gear or life's work, use the studio, strobes, grip and scanning equipment as well as darkroom and enlarger, even emotional support corgi, it's all included. Designers, Fine Artists, Musicians, music teachers, private trainers or instructors, influencers or photographers (like me) may get the best use out of the place, but everybody is welcome. The lab is set up for developing, printing and scanning film. The Studio space is ideal for Fashion, Fine Art, Portraiture, Product and/or Food Photography - steps to kitchen. It includes a changing room as well as a make-up station. If you are a fashion designer, there is plenty of room for you to work, make layouts and store designs, work with models and invite clients and present your work. Pets are ok. For victims of the fire, the first three months are discounted to $1800 per month, then it switches to regular rent which is $2100 per month. Short lease terms are available.
