Applicants should be prepared to pay the Security Deposit payment upon approval and the First Months Rent on or before Move In date. SECURITY DEPOSIT is $2400 on approved credit. Approved credit means no evictions, no collections, no judgments, no current bankruptcies, and verifiable income of at least 2 times the rent. MOVE IN BALANCE = Security Deposit of $2400 (on approved credit) plus first month's rent of $2400, and will be required at time of move in by certified funds only. 7. Once applicants are qualified, we will schedule a private showing of the home. If you do not want the property after viewing it, we will refund your application fee or allow you to use it for any other properties we manage for up to a 30-day period. 8. A 6 month lease is required upon initial move in, and is renewable. 9. Tenants are responsible for all utilities including water, sewer, garbage, gas, electric, and landscaping maintenance.
