Garage is for storage only, cars cannot reach the garage due to the deck and lovely pond that delights all ages. Off street parking for 3 cars. 24/7 on street overnight parking permitted. Only those guests who register with the boro and fill out the town paperwork may reside overnight. Entire home is bright, sunny and cheery filled with lots of beach decor. Large living room and large eat in kitchen seats 6 which is adjacent to slider doors out to side deck. Up to 6 Belmar Beach badges (4 adult, 2 senior) will be provided and must be returned at checkout. Bordering Spring Lake, this home is a stone's throw to Marucci Park in Spring Lake. Located on a dead end street, there is another park at the end of the street. Family neighborhood, most are year round residents. Easy bike ride or walk to beach. Close to the marina, shops and restaurants. $250.00 exit cleaning fee. NO groups, NO pets of any kind, NO smoking or vaping. All rentals Saturday to Saturday. Check-in is 4 p m. Checkout is 10 am.
