There is room for a garden. I will require references, background check, and previous landlord's information. I don't expect perfection, but I would like to know your rental history. There will be a year lease and a $1,200 damage deposit. The rent is $1,200/month. I would also consider a rent to own contract with a $10,000 downpayment. Thanks for looking.
