Owner pay 6 months of internet for the lucky tenant. 1-2 years, preferably 2 years leasing obligation will be preferred. All adults within the household must be signed on the lease for the full term. Renter's insurance is required prior to moving in this property. A Clean criminal record is required for all inhabitants. There will be no exceptions.
