Some have washer and dryer in the unit, for the ones that do not have in the unit there is a coin operated washer and dryer in common area. I pay for the water and trash. You will only pay for the electric, average is about $100 a month. Small pets are allowed in some apts. With a pet deposit of half months rent. Apts. are located on Allison Ave. and Dondee Drive.
