The apartment is in an ideal location, located directly across from campus at 704 Monticello Drive. I am helping the landlord advertise the property since I am leaving early for an internship in the spring. I have lived there for 2.5 years and absolutely love it and am sad I have to go. It is a very large 2 bedroom apartment. The bedrooms are on opposite sides so you don't hear anyone in the other room. Excellent natural lighting, windows from wall to wall, very large living space, huge closets, nice kitchen, covered parking and on and on. It will be available December 1st. It could possibly be available January 1st as well if nobody signs a lease beginning December 1. Again, the apartment will be vacant after I leave.
