If you are interested in renting this home, you will need to fill out the rental application online through Zillow. We will not be showing the home to anyone that has not applied and been pre-approved. All utilities will be in the tenants name. There is a hookup for a washer and dyer, if you would like a set you are more the welcome to put a set in, but we will not be providing one. We will require first months rent and a full month for a security deposit. We do accept pets at our properties, however, we do require a pet deposit and we can talk details depending on the type of pet and how many. All of our tenants go through a prescreen process and we do check credit and background. There is a fee for this through zillow. This is a great little cottage house with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The home has fresh new paint throughout and new flooring in all 3 bedrooms. It is in a great location and its just minutes from downtown Trinidad.
