Spacious apartment is the front half of our house. All utilities are included in the rent. This includes high speed internet, central heating, electricity, water, and garbage service. The unit has a giant living room (pictured from both ends), a large bathroom with a shower stall, a big tub, and 2 sinks. The kitchen has a new skylight that was installed last year with a whole new roof. Tenant has full use of the front yard, including a garden area, a deck, and a driveway to park in. There is a large closet in the bedroom, a new fridge, and a dishwasher. It is in a great neighborhood and is walking distance to the bus lines #15, 20, 19, 12, & 14. We're very laid back and are looking for someone who is responsible / drama-free and relatively quiet, at least in the am hours. I will be working over there this week and interested parties are welcome to come by between 3pm and 7pm starting on Tuesday. Just walk up the driveway and ring the doorbell. Serious inquiries only.
