Spacious apartment is the front half of my house and has quirky old Portland charm. All utilities are included in the rent, including high speed internet, central heating, electricity, water, and garbage service. The unit has a giant living room (pictured from both ends), and a large bathroom with a shower stall, a big tub, and 2 sinks. The bed has 2 brand new windows and the kitchen has a new skylight that was installed last year with a whole new roof. Tenant has full use of the front yard, including a garden area, a deck, and a driveway to park in. There is a large closet in the bedroom, a new fridge, and a dishwasher. It is in a great neighborhood and is walking distance to the bus lines #15, 20, 19, 12, & 14. I'm very laid back and am looking for someone/people who is/are responsible and drama-free. Being relatively quiet, at least in the am hours, would also be great. I will be working over there through the weekend starting on Friday the 21st. Interested parties are welcome to come by between 2pm and 6pm. Just walk up the driveway and ring the doorbell. Serious inquiries only. I will update open house hours as necessary. Up to 2 cats are acceptable. No tobacco smoking allowed in the unit. Security deposit and 1st month's rent are required for move in.
