    This is a fully furnished, seasonal, Florida vacation home available for rent from February 1, 2026 until April 4, 2026. The minimum lease is for 2 months. No single month leases. We are happy that you are taking the time to look at our home. We enjoy it very much and hope that this may be an opportunity for you to get to know the Florida lifestyle whether you are looking to buy a Florida home, waiting for a home to be built or just want to take time to enjoy our paradise! Our home features a large family room with 4 recliners and a large, family sized kitchen featuring loads of counter space. You will find plenty of pantry space and cabinets loaded with all of the pots, pans, dishes and serving pieces you will need. The breakfast nook overlooks the pool area and canal. There is also a formal dining room. There are 3 separate sleeping areas. The owner's suite is on one side of the home, while the 3 guest rooms are on either side of the family room. 3 of the 4 bedrooms have views of the canal. Our 4th bedroom also serves as an office with a Murphy bed. The master bath and shower are equipped with safety bars. Our home is all tiled! We have a dog run for your furry friends. We also love this home because it is located on one of our Freshwater canals. We love watching the birds, ducks, turtles and, occasionally, otters, that we are lucky enough to see. It is very peaceful. We have a boat dock, so bring your boat, canoe or kayak. We have a sitting area and chiminea on the dock. It is a great place to relax and unwind! The boat launch is just a few blocks away. The 2 bridges in our canal system have a clearance of 7.5 feet. There are several salt water (Gulf of America access) boat ramps in our area as well. The pool is refreshing and we have enjoyed many family gatherings on the lanai, deck and in the pool! The large lanai has a protective fence between the lanai and the pool for safety protection, a soothing fountain and propane fire pit. We are just 1 to 2 miles away from Carrabba's, Hurricanes, Texas Tony's, Kohls, Bonefish Grill, Bubba's Roadhouse, German American Club, Sam's Club, and Publix along with many other restaurants and stores. SunSplash Family Water Park and Cape Coral Pickle Ball Courts are just 4 miles away. The Edison & Ford Estates are just across the river in Ft. Myers. Within 2 hours you can be At Busch Gardens, Seminole Indian Hardrock Casino or the Everglades where you can take an Airboat Ride! Many fantastic City of Cape Coral Parks are close by. We thoroughly enjoy our friendly neighbors and quiet neighborhood. We know you will too! One of the owners is a licensed Florida Real Estate agent. The lease runs from January 15, 2026 through April 15, 2026. No monthly leases! We pay Electricity up to $250 and Water up to $125. We do require renter's insurance.
