Cozy, real-log cabin, located in a quiet neighborhood, minutes from the main Parkway and attractions of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, The Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Dollywood, Splash Country, Restaurants, Publix's, Kroger, The Island, The Ripken Experience, Le Conte Center and more. Access is easy, no steep inclines and parking is right next to the cabin. You will be the only occupants during your stay. We appreciate you taking care of our second home as if it were your own. You will occupy the middle, ground level of a 3 story cabin. The attic level is not available and there is a small media room with a Smart TV and DVD in the basement. There is a small TV in the bedroom with built-in DVD. There are over 200 DVD's available. You will be the sole occupant/s, with master bedroom, full kitchen, living/dining room, front porch and back deck. Lots of parking available. Public transport ( the Funtime Trolley) is a 10/15 minute walk away. The space is unsuitable for young children because of the open deck railings and the easily accessible basement steps. Laundry area in basement. Renter responsible for water and electricity in excess of $100 per month ( the difference). Deposit will be used to repair any damages to property. Renter responsible for upkeep of yard ... mowing approximately 3 times per year. Renter responsible for pest control. Can be negotiated. Renter responsible for removal / transport of garbage to dump site. This is situated a few minutes away. NO SMOKING inside of property. Front deck and back porch is ok. Proper disposal of cigarette butts please.
