Great location on the west end of Spruce in Boulder's historic Mapleton Hill neighborhood. Easy access to Pearl Street as well as hiking/biking trails on the west side of town. Apartment #C is the bottom of the house (walkout basement). The unit has its own entrance and porch with a porch swing. The large yard in back is shared by all three units in the house. Security deposits equal one-and-a-half times the monthly rent, with at least half due at lease signing. We can setup a payment plan to cover the remaining security and any pet deposits. Since we don't have any application process, all our places are rented on a "first-come, first-served" basis. Cats are allowed with an extra $200 deposit per cat.
