The home has a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere that's perfect for studying, working, or simply unwinding after class. Everyone values cleanliness, communication, and creating a positive living environment. We also have one friendly cat, so applicants should be comfortable living with pets. Rental Terms (Summary) Lease: Month-to-month. Rent: $850/month, due on the 1st of each month. Security Deposit: $400. Late Fee: $35 if rent is more than 3 days late. Utilities Included: Electricity, gas, water, trash, sewer, and high-speed internet. Room: Private furnished room with a full-size bed, nightstand, and dresser. Shared access to the kitchen, dining area, laundry room, and other common areas. Guests: Overnight guests require prior notice. Guests staying 2 or more nights require written approval. Guests staying 3 or more nights are subject to a $220 weekly fee. Smoking: No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. Pets: Must be disscused. Notice to Vacate: A minimum of 30 days' written notice is required.
