The Place: One room has a pool view while the other has view of beautiful green trees that do not fall in the winter. Both rooms are the same size. In the room I was able to fit a full desk, night stand, accent couch, 2 large white shelve, and a bench with a ton of extra space. In my closet I have a full 5 foot metal shoe rack, drawers, golf club, foot locker and a ton of space for clothes. There's a butlers pantry to hold your drinks and board games for a game night. As well as a seperate coat closet which we also use for cleaning supplies and house hold items. The kitchen has a new stove with four burners and a grill plate in the middle. All appliances are stainless steel. Also has a dish washer and tons of cabinet space. The Community: There is a weight room (gym) and cardio room with different machines and free weights. As well as separate Men and Women dry saunas. A dance/choreography studio as well, if you're into that. There's a very nice new work space in the club house that is quiet and has many areas where you can get your work done. Large grass spaces outside with benches for out door relaxation and an area for activity. Two pool areas both with it's own hot tub and beautiful tall trees. They're planning on building an out door kitchen in the future.
