Smoking allowed on roof deck only. $2250/month rent, and $1900 refundable deposit, and non refundable $350 move in fee. Tenant pays electric, cable/internet directly to Seattle City Light and Comcast. Criteria for Tenant Selection: Thank you for your interest in my condo for rent. Please review the following criteria I will use to evaluate tenant applications. Only applicants that meet the selection criteria will be able to schedule an appointment for viewing and complete an application in person. If you meet the criteria, like the condo and wish to apply, you will receive an email from a screening service called "SmartMove" that will initiate the online credit and background checks. You will pay the $41.99 application fee (per adult applicant) directly to SmartMove at the time you submit your application online to SmartMove. General Criteria: Positive Government issued ID Fully completed application for every occupant 18 years and older Applicant able to pay first month's rent, $1900 refundable deposit, and $350 non refundable move-in fee at time of lease signing ($2250 +$1900 +$350=$4500. The refundable deposit can be paid in 6 equal monthly installments in the first 6 months if necessary. No pets No smoking in unit or on balcony (rooftop deck is okay for smoking) No illegal drugs Unit cannot be used for business purposes (working remotely from home is fine of course) Income, Credit and Employment: Monthly net (post tax) income of at least $5700 Proof of verifiable employment or other verifiable source of income No excessive debt which may impact applicant's ability to pay rent Good credit history free of negative credit issues which may indicate high risk (Depending on the circumstances, previous poor credit history may be considered with an additional security deposit) Court Records: No criminal convictions of a violent nature Rental History: No prior evictions on applicant(s) record Good references from prior landlord(s) if applicant has previous rental experience Thank you again for your interest.
