Property features 2 bedroom 1 bath with washer/dryer in unit. New flooring in beds, hallways and living room. Kitchen has new counter top. There's both street parking and a driveway around the back that has plenty of space for two cars. Quiet part of the town, but I encourage you to do a drive-by the unit to ensure you're good with the location. The upper tenant is a quiet, working professional and I seek the same for the lower unit. Pets are allowed for a $500 pet fee. When you do your drive-by, you'll notice it's on a large steeper hill with not much room for a dog to run, it's also not fenced. Therefore, if you're needing a fenced yard with room for a dog to run, this is likely not the unit for you. The upper tenant also has cats, so I strongly encourage you to be a responsible pet owner and decline looking if you have a dog that potentially wants to eat a cat or chase them for the fun of it. If you have cats and they're the kinds of cats that want to start a war with other cats, I also strongly recommend not looking at this unit either. As far as what will be needed from a potential tenant, credit check and copy of two most recent pay stubs showing that this unit is at most 1/3 your take home pay. I prefer to meet people in person to show the unit before giving any kind of credit application, so please don't ask for it ahead of time. I personally don't see the point in wasting either of our time if it's not going to be a fit. Before keys can be issued, the above must check out as well as first month's rent and security deposit (1200), key deposit (50), and if pet fee applies (500). 12 month lease minimum. Lastly, I do live an hour away from the property. I will do my best to accommodate meeting people at the property to view it, but not all would be possible.
