We are actually holding on to this home because the location is amazing--it is secluded and out of the way of busy traffic but still just a block or so away from a sandwich shop, a bakery/coffee shop and a few other very cute boutique shops. This is 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 baths townhome that has a "basement" that is located on the ground level, and is not a straight vertical home (it does not have the steep vertical stairs that most Old Town homes have). It has a deck off the kitchen and a patio on the ground level. It's also very unique in that it overlooks trees and a very secluded private park (private to the neighborhood and maintained by the home owners association)--which is VERY unique in Old Town!
