The location can't be beat. 2 blocks from the golf course/lake Tomohawk park. You can walk downtown, or run/bike to Montreat. Just writing this makes me miss living there! This is a great spot for families. The neighborhood is quiet and very welcoming. the lease is 1 year long. Utilities are not included. Lease starts Jan 1, but possibly earlier if needed.
