Hello I am a professional young (27 yo) male. I work from home and have a three bed room town house in perth amboy. There is a washer, dryer, 2 car garage, living room, 2.5 bathroom. And an office space should you desire to work from home. I do work a lot, and am a pretty quiet individual. I don't care for any demographic, however I will do a background check and credit check for all those interested. You would get your own room, a garage spot for your car, and a bathroom shared with another person if the other room is rented out. Kitchen is shared and so is the living room. There is a security feature in the house in which you will have you're own pin and code to activate the system. It is a 15 minute walk from the train station to nyc. About a 1 hour train ride to Manhatten Owner pays for all utilities. Owner and another roomate will be living in property. Full and unlimilted use of all kitchen, living room, bathrooms, and office space.
