In 2011 the house was brought up to code with all new wiring and outlets, plumbing and insulation. After lead abatement, new vinyl siding and energy efficient double pane windows were installed. The tin roof was re-coated and a new heating and air PAC with all new duct-work put in. The entire house got new carpet, slate and linoleum. Both the kitchen and bathroom were totally remodeled with all new cabinets, counter-tops, sinks, tub and lavatory.
